Once you submit your inquiry with Caphara, your case is assessed and a service agreement is created outlining the scope and fees. After the agreement is signed, you will receive a structured checklist and instructions for submitting your documents.

Yes — email submission is currently accepted until the client portal is launched. All documents must be sent to a designated email address, which includes built-in security protection. Once the portal becomes available, all document submissions will transition to the secure intake system for improved organization and accuracy.
During the initial review and intake, your documentation will be evaluated. If something is missing, you will be notified and provided guidance on how to obtain or replace the document when possible. Your packet will not move into preparation until the required items are received or alternatives are discussed.
Caphara does not select forms or determine eligibility. After you submit your inquiry, your case is reviewed to confirm the filing type you have chosen and to ensure the service aligns with your needs. Once the filing type is confirmed, Caphara prepares the documentation, organizes your evidence, and drafts the forms based on the information you provide. This keeps the process structured and compliant with USCIS documentation standards.
